We are an integrated veterinary practice combining general veterinary medicine with evidence-based natural therapies. We support a wonderful community of pet owners interested in a more integrative approach to animal health.

We are seeking a confident, compassionate locum veterinarian to provide sole-charge care in our bright, welcoming clinic in the beautiful Bangalow hinterland, just 15 minutes from the beaches of Byron Bay.

This short-term locum role suits a vet who enjoys thoughtful client communication, quality clinical care and a holistic approach to helping pets and their people thrive.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

Veterinary degree eligible for registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW.

Confidence with general medicine, surgery and dentistry with minimum two years clinical experience.

Experience or interest in integrative and holistic veterinary care is a bonus!

What we offer

Sociable rostered hours 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. 

No on call or after-hours emergency work.

Fully equipped clinic; Idexx lab, x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound.

A team of experienced, fun nurses and a staff room with plenty of tea and biscuits!

Remuneration according to experience and availability.

Accommodation available for vets happy to pet-sit a lovely old cat.
