About the Role

Vitality Vetcare is seeking a veterinarian to join our supportive, values-led integrated small animal practice in the beautiful village of Bangalow, the iconic hinterland of Byron Bay!

We provide general medicine and surgery alongside integrated services including nutrition, acupuncture, western herbal medicine, homeopathy, Chinese medicine and laser therapy. Our priority is meaningful time and personalised care over the volume of patients we see.

This role suits a vet who enjoys thoughtful client communication, quality clinical care and a holistic approach to helping pets and their people thrive.

You will work with an experienced team to deliver individualised care plans, manage medical, surgical and dental cases, and continue developing your interests in integrative veterinary medicine.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• Veterinary degree eligible for registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW.
• Confidence with general medicine, surgery and dentistry.
• Clear, compassionate communication and a collaborative approach.
• Positive, professional attitude with a genuine interest in animals and animal welfare.
• Interest in integrative and holistic veterinary care.
• Right to live and work in Australia.

Desirable

•  Qualification and experience in at least one integrative modality.
•  Skills in ultrasound, exotic animal or wildlife medicine.
