Sandown Vet Clinic is a medium-sized, busy small animal care clinic. We are a family-run business with the same management team for over 20 years. We provide a high standard and level of medical and surgical services. We offer advanced services in canine reproduction and orthopaedic surgery.
Company History
Sandown Veterinariary Clinic was established over 40 years ago to provide care for the greyhound breed. We currently see a workload of approximately 50% domestic cats and dogs, 30% canine athletes and 20% pet greyhounds. SVC establishes the Greyhound Adoption Program 23 years ago and currently supports several greyhound adoption services.

We are a very lifestyle friendly clinic who actively encourage our staff to find a healthy balance in their life. We have no after hours, minimal weekend hours and close early on a Friday night. Our biggest perk is the opportunity to work with a friendly, caring and experienced staff who are happy to share their skills, knowledge and a laugh. A good portion of our staff have been with us for over 5 years and several for 20+ years! Great coworkers who genuinely love caring for animals and supporting their owners.
