The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Vet ready to step into greater responsibility, or someone beginning their leadership journey. You’ll be joining a boutique-style clinic with a small, supportive team, backed by a Practice Manager and Relationship Manager.
You’ll lead a team of one other Vet and 2–3 nurses, with a varied caseload across consulting, surgery and team leadership.
This is a 4-day work week (38 hours), with flexibility for the right candidate. There are no after-hours or on-call requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent recognised in Australia
- Experience within a senior GP role (clinical, surgical will be highly regarded)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, compassionate, and professional demeanour
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Leadership skills and team focused mindset

Requirements
